Custom Drawn “Where’s Waldo” Style Poster for Team of 100+

Summary
Every year, we would celebrate all of the hard work our Experience Design team had accomplished... in addition to a team event, a personalized gift would be sent out to everyone on the team - all 100+ employees across the globe. For the start of 2021, I created an I Spy / Where's Waldo inspired wall calendar and stickers. Everything in the piece is taken directly from a photo shared to the #wfh Slack channel, and we held a digital scavenger hunt once everyone received their gifts!

Giving people something so personal was incredibly rewarding. Folks were finding hidden treasures within the calendar all year long!

Personalized gift boxes were sent out globally to everyone on the team, including a wall calendar, laptop stickers, coloring page, and more!

Process Loop Laptop Sticker

At Autodesk, the design process was a 4-part infinity loop… I took this as inspiration for our motto: “Working Together, Apart” symbolizing teamwork within the loop.

I Spy / Where's Waldo Personalized Wall Calendar

Scouring our team’s #wfh-slack channel, I created a scavenger hunt wall calendar. EVERYTHING included in this environment is from a team member’s shared photo of their home’s workspace. This project was a labor-of-love… people were finding little secrets hidden within the calendar throughout the entire year!
